Advertiser Terms

Last updated: [Add date]

1. Scope

These Advertiser Terms apply in addition to the general Terms & Conditions and govern participation in the Saim Affiliate Network advertiser program.

2. Campaign Setup

Advertisers must provide accurate offer details, creative assets, tracking requirements, and compliance guidelines prior to campaign launch. Campaigns are reviewed for fit before being made available to publishers.

3. Billing

Advertisers are billed based on tracked, verified actions as defined per campaign. Billing cadence and payment terms are confirmed during onboarding.

4. Compliance Obligations

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their offers, creative, and landing pages comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and vertical-specific regulations (e.g., insurance, lending, or health-related disclosure requirements).

5. Traffic & Lead Quality

Saim applies traffic quality monitoring and fraud-prevention measures across the network. Advertisers may flag suspected invalid leads for review within the timeframe defined per campaign.

6. Campaign Changes

Advertisers may request payout, cap, or targeting changes to active campaigns; changes apply prospectively and do not affect already-tracked conversions.

7. Suspension & Termination

Campaigns found in violation of these terms or applicable law may be paused or terminated, with notice where practicable.

8. Contact

Billing and campaign questions can be directed to partners@saimaffiliatenetwork.org.
